Policies

Below is list of requirements to be a Denver Dog Walkers client:

 

1. For dog walking services, we require at least 2 dog walks per week. We do not do random walks here and there. We take on clients that need us on a regular weekly basis. This allows us to optimize our time and better serve our clients. 

 

2. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations. 

 

3. Pets must reside within our territory. If you live just outside our territory, please still contact us and we would be glad to discuss arrangements. View territory page

 

4. We walk dogs Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.  However, we do offer walks outside of those hours if we are available, but not on a regular basis. 

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled dog walk or pet service, please contact us as soon as possible. You can log on to your profile throught the client portal and cancel future appointments.  Any cancellation made after 9p.m. the day before a scheduled service will be charged a 50% fee.  For cancellations the day of a scheduled service, please contact Jeff Rayburn directly via cell phone 720-563-1760.

 

Adding Services

If you need to add a dog walk or any pet service, you can log on to your profile and Request Service.  You will recieve a comformation email after your requests have been approved.  For services needed the day of, we do not guarantee availablity but we will do our best to accomadate your request. Please contact Jeff Rayburn directly for services needed the day of 720-563-1760. 

 

Payments

Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card online through the client portal.  Please make checks out to Denver Dog Walkers.  Please also indicate in the check memo if there is gratuity otherwise any left over amount will be a credit in you accont.
